Payments & Refunds
All orders are based in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We offer three payment options at checkout. You can select either the credit card option for both VISA and Mastercard or direct debit through our secure Payment Express gateway. The other option is PayPal.
From time to time we will open pre-orders on products whilst awaiting the arrival of stock from our suppliers. If this item is ordered in conjunction with other in stock items, please note that the order will not be dispatched until the pre-ordered stock arrives. We can send items separately but additional shipping cost will be charged. If you pre-order a handmade item please understand these items can take a while to make so there will be times we can’t give you an exact shipping date but we will always keep you updated on progress and expected delivery times. Exchange and Refund Policy
We want you to have a pleasant shopping experience at Jaxon Rose. At any point you are unhappy with your purchase you can exchange size and/or colour provided that you return the items as new – that means unworn, unwashed with tags still attached. We will exchange sizes and/or colour provided we have it available. If the same item is unavailable for exchange then we will offer a store credit for another item on our website to be used within 2 months of the purchase date. An exchange will not be provided until the item is safely returned to Jaxon Rose.
We take pride in ensuring the items we sell on Jaxon Rose are of the best quality. If you receive an item that is faulty we will refund the purchase provided that the item is unworn, unwashed with tags still attached. For exchange and refund enquiries please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. The cost of returning your exchanged item is the responsibility of the buyer. We accept no responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in the post. Your item must be inspected by Jaxon Rose before a faulty item is refunded. We do not refund for change of mind.
